AllKind Talking Therapies and Wellbeing Service has an established track record of delivering Talking Therapies across the boroughs we operate within. As part of the provision Talking Therapies in Westminster, we are looking for motivated and experienced administrators to join our expanding Talking Therapies and Wellbeing Service in Westminster.
The post holders will work within an integrated Talking Therapies Stepped model delivered in partnership with the Lead Provider in local NHS Trust (CNWL) who will provide the Step 2 delivery within the integrated Talking Therapies Service.
Provide accurate and efficient administration across the service offers, processing referrals, service users and carrying out data analysis as necessary for reporting. The successful candidate will be a skilled administrator, highly motivated with the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload, preferably with experience of working within a mental health service. Talking Therapies can provide excellent opportunities for ongoing personal and professional development through regular supervision and training opportunities.
Main duties of the job:- To manage the services diary and coordinate service providers with client bookings.
- To administer and monitor the systems for room bookings, and other spaces for the service as required including team meetings.
- To administer the system for bringing in clients and moving them through the process to receive service support.
- To maintain and develop the system database, storage and extraction of client and other information records.
- To provide support to the Clinical Lead in reporting on service level data.
- To contribute to the development of best practice within the service.
- To adhere to Allkind's Policies and Procedures, including Talking Therapies clinical risk, safeguarding and other measures and frameworks.
