The Role
The Executive Assistant is the critical operational hub supporting our European CEO during a transformational period of growth and expansion.
This role demands an exceptionally organised and strategically-minded professional who can manage the complexities of a fast-paced, dynamic leadership environment while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.
As the CEO's trusted right hand, you will orchestrate all aspects of his executive schedule, communications and information flow to ensure he can dedicate maximum time to high-impact strategic initiatives, client relationships and business development.
You will anticipate needs, manage competing priorities across multiple markets and serve as a key operational point of contact within the business.

Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Prioritisation
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, travel and time allocation across multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials and itineraries.
- Anticipate conflicts, prioritise competing demands and protect time for strategic priorities.
- Communications & Information Management
- Manage executive correspondence and communications with discretion and sound judgement.
- Produce concise briefings, executive summaries and business updates.
- Maintain confidentiality while ensuring effective information flow across the business.
- Stakeholder & Leadership Support
- Support leadership meetings, board interactions, client engagements and industry events.
- Coordinate preparation, follow-up actions and documentation for key strategic meetings.
- Build effective relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Operations & Projects
- Support CEO reporting, business metrics, strategic planning and presentation development.
- Coordinate special projects and strategic initiatives across European and global teams.
