The Executive Assistant is the critical operational hub supporting our European CEO during a transformational period of growth and expansion. As the CEO's trusted right hand, you will orchestrate all aspects of his executive schedule, communications and information flow to ensure he can dedicate maximum time to high-impact strategic initiatives, client relationships and business development.
- Executive Support & Prioritisation: Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, travel and time allocation across multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Communications & Information Management: Manage executive correspondence and communications with discretion and sound judgement. Produce concise briefings, executive summaries and business updates.
- Business Operations & Projects: Support CEO reporting, business metrics, strategic planning and presentation development. Coordinate special projects and strategic initiatives across European and global teams.
Experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Exceptional organisational, project management and prioritisation skills. Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
