Allison Homes is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of multiple residential developments across the region, delivering projects on time, within budget and in line with business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will lead commercial aspects and mentor junior team members.
Ideal candidates will have significant QS experience in housebuilding, strong cost planning, procurement and subcontract management, and excellent financial reporting skills.
