  • Review and assist with compliant, practical and cost-effective engineering designs for roads, sewers, drainage and site levels, in line with statutory and NHBC/LABC requirements.
  • Support Roads & Sewers enquiries, payments, approvals and the administration of Section 38, 278 and 104 agreements, inspections and adoptions.
  • Attend and contribute to design team, engineering, pre-start and site meetings, undertaking site visits to monitor works against drawings, specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate utility disconnections, diversions and new service connections to support programme delivery.
  • Monitor engineering design programmes, identify value engineering opportunities and support the timely handover of completed areas to management companies.

This list is not exhaustive.

  • An awareness of Section 38, 278 and 104 processes is desirable, but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to undertake site visits as required.
  • A genuine commitment to living and role-modelling the Allison Homes values.
