We are now looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of our residential developments. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative and values-driven business.
About the role
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a key role in day-to-day site operations, helping to ensure homes are built safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting daily site management and short-term planning
- Promoting and maintaining high health and safety standards
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
- Assisting with quality checks and snagging
- Supporting materials and delivery management
- Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
What we’re looking for
We are keen to hear from individuals who are motivated, organised and looking to progress within site management.
You will bring:
- Experience working on residential construction sites
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and professional approach
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager or similar role

- Knowledge of NHBC standards and build quality requirements
