We are now looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of our residential developments. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative and values-driven business.

About the role

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a key role in day-to-day site operations, helping to ensure homes are built safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting daily site management and short-term planning
  • Promoting and maintaining high health and safety standards
  • Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
  • Assisting with quality checks and snagging
  • Supporting materials and delivery management
  • Maintaining accurate site records and documentation

What we’re looking for

You will bring:

  • Experience working on residential construction sites
  • Good understanding of health and safety requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager or similar role

  • Knowledge of NHBC standards and build quality requirements
