We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans and goals, to be part of our journey and to grow their career along with our success. Reporting to the Head of Sales, as a valued Sales Executive, your role is primarily to provide the day-to-day sales function on our developments and to be the primary Allison Homes contact for customers. The main purpose of the role is to provide a professional service to all our customers with the aim of achieving sale and financial targets on allocated developments. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to build a professional rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements. These should encompass listening and questioning abilities, empathy, product demonstration, and closing techniques.

You will have responsibility for delivering the customer journey in accordance with Allison Homes’ standards, procedures, and targets. Sales experience in New Homes is preferable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new homes sales in line with agreed targets, demonstrating strong closing ability and results-driven performance.
  • Manage enquiries promptly and professionally across all channels, ensuring accurate updates within COINS (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant paperwork, sales administration, and up-to-date site plans aligned with the Site Manager’s records.
  • Liaise effectively with customers, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to support smooth sales progression.
  • Ensure sufficient and accurate stocks of literature, price lists, and marketing materials, and maintain high presentation standards across show homes, the marketing suite, and signage.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activity to stay informed and support commercial decision-making.
  • Contribute to Marketing and PR initiatives where required.
  • Comply with all company Health & Safety standards and uphold a high-quality customer experience to protect the company’s reputation.
  • Demonstrate strong timekeeping and effectively manage an electronic diary system to support daily operations.
