As the Sales Administrator, you will be confident and self‑motivated, and a key member of the customer focused Sales team in our East Midlands region. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Administrator will support the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reservation administration, ensuring accuracy across internal systems and communicating updates to stakeholders including financial advisors and solicitors.
  • Preparing and distributing key sales documentation, including build sheets, sales sheets, contracts, price lists and completion packs.
  • Maintaining and updating tracking spreadsheets, databases, allocation lists and internal records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries, support sales progression and ensure smooth operations.
  • Handling customer and sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Processing legal contracts, raising payments and coordinating invoice approvals in line with procedures.
  • Supporting the Sales Team with day-to-day administration and ensuring availability of sales materials and literature for sites.
  • Compiling competitor analysis reports and supporting preparation for customer completions.
  • Assisting with marketing, promotional activities, and distribution of internal communications, resources and materials.
  • Providing general administrative support, including ad hoc tasks such as organising team resources and supporting the Sales Director.

Industry experience preferred. Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team environment. Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and delivering high-quality service.
