We are looking for an Estimator to join our Commercial team at Allison Homes, helping to shape and deliver the homes and communities of the future. As part of our East Region team, you will play a key role in ensuring our developments are commercially strong, sustainable and deliver real value for our customers and communities.
About the role
As an Estimator, you will support the full development lifecycle, from early land appraisal through to pre-construction and procurement. You will provide accurate and commercially robust cost information that supports confident decision-making and successful project delivery. You will work closely with colleagues across Land, Technical and Construction, helping to identify risks, unlock opportunities and drive best value solutions in everything we do.
Key areas of focus include:
- Supporting land appraisals and development budgets
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
- Managing cost data, benchmarking and reporting
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor tendering
- Driving value engineering and cost-effective solutions across developments
