Position
Reporting to the Sales Manager, as a Sales Executive your role is to deliver the day‑to‑day sales function on our developments and act as the primary Allison Homes contact for customers. Your main objective is to provide a professional service to all customers, achieve sales and financial targets, and build strong relationships throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new‑homes sales targets through effective customer engagement, closing techniques, and results‑driven selling.
- Manage all customer enquiries promptly and professionally via visits, phone calls and emails, acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain accurate administration, including COINS database updates, GDPR‑compliant paperwork, site plans, price lists and sales literature.
- Liaise with customers, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to support smooth sales progression and construction updates.
- Maintain high presentation standards for show homes, marketing suites and off‑site signage, and contribute to marketing and PR initiatives where required.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends to support sales performance.
- Comply with Health & Safety standards, manage an electronic diary effectively and demonstrate excellent time‑keeping while acting in line with customer needs and the company reputation.
- Ensure this list is not exhaustive and adapt to dynamic market conditions.

- Proven customer service and sales experience with a professional, friendly and customer‑focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and administrative skills, prioritising tasks, using initiative and performing under pressure.
- Confident IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business travel.
