As we continue to grow, we’re looking for Zero Hours Sales Executives to support our sales teams across multiple developments during busy periods, holidays and key sales launches.
This is a casual, zero-hours role, ideal if you’re looking for flexible work that fits around other commitments, while still being part of a trusted, values-led housebuilder. As a zero hours Sales Executive, you’ll support sales activity across Allison Homes developments during busy periods, holidays and key launches. You’ll welcome customers, guide buyers through their journey from enquiry to reservation, and deliver a high standard of customer care in line with our brand and values. You’ll also help keep customer records up to date, maintain the presentation of show homes and sales areas, and work closely with Sales Managers and site teams to support smooth day-to-day operations. This role does not guarantee regular hours. Work will be offered as and when required, and may include weekends and bank holidays.

- Previous experience in new homes sales, property sales or a customer‑facing sales environment
- A natural ability to build rapport and inspire trust
- Confident, professional communication skills
- A flexible and reliable approach, with the ability to travel between sites
