Allison Homes is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a talented and driven Group Marketing Manager to help deliver our ambitious brand and marketing strategy.

Working directly with and reporting to the Group Marketing Director, this is a varied and hands-on role responsible for supporting our regional marketing teams, coordinating company-wide campaigns and ensuring marketing activity aligns with our wider business objectives.

From brand, communications and PR to digital marketing, social media and customer engagement, you’ll play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life across the business.

You’ll work closely with regional teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality, integrated campaigns that strengthen our reputation, support sales performance and drive business growth.

This role requires an ambitious and commercially minded marketer with excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, leading meetings and producing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised marketing qualification and have experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within the residential property or housebuilding sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand, Campaigns & Communications
  • Support the Group Marketing Director in delivering Allison Homes’ marketing, communications and brand strategy.
  • Coordinate the rollout of company-wide campaigns across brand, PR, digital, social media and customer engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects Allison Homes’ vision, values and brand standards.
  • Manage the development and approval of marketing collateral and communications.
  • Regional Support & Agency Management
  • Support Regional Marketing Managers in delivering campaigns and sharing best practice across the business.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, including PR, creative, social media and digital partners.
  • Produce clear briefs and oversee projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Partnerships and operational teams.
  • Support website, email and CRM activity, working closely with the Digital Strategy & AI Manager.
  • Assist in the delivery of digital campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Use data and insight to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead marketing meetings and campaign reviews across the business.
  • Produce presentations, reports and board papers for senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Support the Group Marketing Director on wider strategic projects and initiatives.

  • Degree-levelor equivalentqualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within residential property, housebuilding or another B2C sector.
  • Strong understanding of brand, digital marketing, websites, email marketing and social media.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing agencies, suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence leading meetings and producing reports for senior audiences.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach and a genuine interest in the housebuilding sector.
  • Valid driving licence is preferred for visiting sites and attending meetings outside the office.
