Allied World is seeking a senior solicitor to manage legal, regulatory and compliance affairs for the Lloyd’s Syndicate 2232 platform and related entities in the UK. You will oversee UK-based legal and compliance staff and manage corporate secretarial matters for Lloyd’s entities.
Responsibilities include Lloyd’s regulatory matters, contract negotiations, data privacy, and budget management, collaborating with global Legal & Compliance teams for consistency.
