Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of Coverholders, to include the review of P&Ps, Regulatory permissions & Risk Assessment.
- Contract Review: Perform general compliance review of the BAAs.
- Contract Review: Perform contract certainty and tax/regulatory checks on BAAs.
- Wording reviews: Undertake PBQA of wordings for aligned products.
- Control Framework: Assessment and monitoring of allocated portfolio(s) in relation to the Control Framework.
- Audit: Schedule, scoping and follow-up of resolution of recommendations of allocated portfolio(s).
- Mid-Term Reviews: Manage MTR meetings for allocated portfolio(s).
- Conduct: Provide support to underwriters & Product Governance Manager with the completion of conduct assessments & associated reviews of allocated portfolio(s).
- MI Reporting: Oversight of management information of allocated portfolio(s) for reporting to local Committees and Boards.
- Portfolio Management: Ensure accurate data completion for oversight and reporting for allocated portfolios of business. Liaising as necessary with the Underwriters, Compliance, Finance and Claims teams on relevant matters.
- Manage allocated Underwriting Team meetings on a monthly basis.
- Undertake peer review of Coverholder and contract reviews.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects when required by the Delegated Underwriting Manager.

- Highly developed communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Professional and approachable with a “can-do” attitude to successfully interact with senior management/colleagues/external suppliers.
- The ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is ideal.
