Main Duties
- Preparing job cards and all related documentation connected with the delivery of customer vehicles and sales demonstrator vehicles.
- Processing vehicle deliveries on CRM systems.
- Manage the booking system and ensure it is kept up to date.
- Liaise with drivers regarding vehicle deliveries and demonstrator vehicles.
- Daily vehicle delivery reports.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a face‑paced administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of working with purchase orders/invoices.
