The Opportunity: We are looking for a Sales and Logistics Administrator to join our Mobility Solutions department. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating all delivery, stock and administrative processes that support the efficient operation of Mobility Solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, Allied Vehicles would love to hear from you! Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm and the salary is £31,754.39 + bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Organising all customer deliveries and plan daily/weekly driver routes for private sales, Motability products, courtesy equipment, and repairs.
  • Process all Motability applications and ensure CRM and delivery records are fully updated.
  • Maintain accurate customer, sales and logistics information across all internal systems.

About You: To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in an administrative, logistics, sales support, customer service, or order-processing role.
  • Basic understanding of stock control, inventory records, and warehouse processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and accurate data entry.
