Opportunity: We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Fleet Sales Manager – Care Sector Specialist to join our growing Sales team.

As the Fleet Sales Manager for the Care Sector, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our sector strategy while managing the entire sales journey from prospecting through to vehicle delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a specialist market sector, developing relationships with care providers across the UK, such as residential cares homes, nursing homes and supported living providers, helping organisations access safe, reliable and accessible transport solutions.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with a competitive basic salary between £40k-£45k per annum plus commission, with on target earnings amounting to £75k per annum.

This is a field-based role, you will be provided with a company car for business and personal use.

What You’ll

Doing

  • Build and manage a pipeline across the Care sector.
  • Generate new business through networking, outreach and referrals.
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through to vehicle delivery.
  • Develop relationships with key care sector stakeholders.
  • Support customers with relevant funding, leasing and purchase options.
  • Monitor customer needs, competitor activity and market trends.
  • Represent the business at education industry exhibitions and events. About You: To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Experience managing a complete sales cycle.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience within care, healthcare, mobility, fleet or specialist vehicle sectors.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
