Role Overview
We are now recruiting for a
Transport Administrator to join our Transport team in Rugby.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Salary: £27,976 per annum.

Main Duties Of The Role Are
- Preparing job cards and all related documentation connected with the delivery of customer vehicles and sales demonstrator vehicles.
- Processing vehicle deliveries on CRM systems.
- Manage the booking system and ensure it is kept up to date.
- Liaise with drivers regarding vehicle deliveries and demonstrator vehicles.
- Daily vehicle delivery reports.
- To Be Effective In This Role, You Will Have
- Previous experience working in a face‑paced administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of working with purchase orders/invoices.
