Allied Autocare is recruiting a Mobile Service Technician in the Southwest of England (Taunton/ Exeter) to join our busy mobile team. Working closely with the call centre bookings team, you will grow your own network and deliver against targets. You will have an excellent eye for detail and exceptional customer service standards. This is a mobile role servicing customers' vehicles at their home or place of work, travelling within the Southwest region. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm and the salary is dependent on qualifications/experience: Level 2 qualified = £31,620.00 + bonus. Level 3 qualified = £34,083.50 + bonus. This role attracts a service van and fuel card for business use.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Possess a level 2 or level 3 qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent.
  • Be able to diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Carry out inspections to VOSA standards.
  • Service, maintain and repair vehicles.
  • Complete all paperwork in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Work as part of a team whilst also being able to work on your own and use your initiative.
