In addition to manufacturing vehicles, we also offer a range of aftersales services (onsite and mobile), including servicing, repairs and maintenance and we are Scotland’s largest independent parts distributor. We are now recruiting for a Security Guard to join our facilities department. You will carry out duties allied to the security of Allied Vehicles ltd premises. Hours of work are between Monday - Sunday, 6pm - 7am and the salary is £13.45 per hour. This position provides an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking and dedicated company.

The Main Duties Of The Role Are:
- Checking that all equipment, keys and registers required during the shift are available, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Ensure that the company premises are always secure, referring to emergency call out procedures as necessary.
- Record any significant events during the shift in the security log.
- Ensure that hourly patrols are operated in line with company policy.
- Not permitting any person or vehicle onto the site without prior authority from management.
To Be Effective In This Role, You Will Have:
- Previous experience in a security type role.
- A UK drivers licence.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
