The Opportunity
We are looking for a Parts Supervisor to join our Service department.
As Parts Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our Parts department provides an efficient and effective service to both internal departments and retail customers.
Working closely with the Parts Manager, Service Department, Technicians, Suppliers, and Customers, you will help drive operational excellence and maintain high standards across the department.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and the salary is £35,757 per annum.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle telephone enquiries and process parts orders efficiently.
- Identify, source, and order parts and accessories from suppliers.
- Support stock checks and inventory control activities.
- Use manufacturer systems to accurately identify parts, pricing, and technical information.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have
- Experience working within a parts environment.
- Relevant Parts qualification.
- Management or supervisory experience, including coaching, delegation, and time management.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
