Tue 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.
  • Support operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
  • Receive site- specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas as required for government locations.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate authorities and Allied Universal management.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential threats and provide reassurance to personnel and visitors.
  • Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrols, and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during critical situations.

  • Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available.

Minimum Requirements

  • A valid concealed carry weapons permit is required.
  • A minimum of one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
