At G4S we’re recruiting for a Legal Adviser to support our UK Facilities Management business. The role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive legal team, working closely with operational and commercial colleagues to provide clear, practical legal advice and ensure that our business operates with confidence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and proposals in line with G4S Standards
  • Advising the business on commercial and legal risks and helping to manage and mitigate them
  • Supporting the business in meeting its contractual obligations
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, summaries and documentation
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver effective solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Either strong paralegal experience or up to 2 years’ PQE as a solicitor (UK or Ireland)
  • A solid understanding of contract and commercial law (in England or Scotland)
  • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Some knowledge of construction law / or Private Finance Initiative (PFI) structures and contracts
