Job Schedule:

  • Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
  • Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
  • Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
  • Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and other security-related policies at an aero and defense location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, sensitive materials, and controlled spaces.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual activity and security-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident reports, and support screening processes for deliveries, vehicles, and personnel entering and leaving the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
