  • Mon 04:30 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Tue 04:30 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Wed 04:30 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Thur 04:30 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Fri 04:30 AM - 11:00 AM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening visitors, and assisting employees, contractors, and authorized guests with entry requirements at a government location.
  • Monitor access points, verify identification and credentials, and document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and/or restricted area access in accordance with post orders and applicable policies.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of designated buildings, checkpoints, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized access and support security-related operations.
  • Communicate clearly with visitors, staff, and public agency personnel while following established escalation procedures for denied entry, suspicious behaviour, and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A TSA issued TWIC is required.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
