We are currently hiring a Full-Time Armed Security Officer for a State Facility in Plymouth, MA.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Starting Pay: $23.79 per hour, with paid orientation and training

Requirements: Concealed Carry Weapons Permit and 1+ year of security experience

As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses
  • Respond to incidents calmly and effectively
  • Conduct patrols around the premises, with environments varying by site

Minimum Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years old for armed roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • Subject to background checks and drug screening as per law
  • Participate in security training programs
  • State/local licensing requirements may apply
  • Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
