We are currently hiring a Full-Time Armed Security Officer for a State Facility in Plymouth, MA.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Starting Pay: $23.79 per hour, with paid orientation and training
Requirements: Concealed Carry Weapons Permit and 1+ year of security experience
As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses
- Respond to incidents calmly and effectively
- Conduct patrols around the premises, with environments varying by site
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Subject to background checks and drug screening as per law
- Participate in security training programs
- State/local licensing requirements may apply
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
