Responsibilities
- Preparation of outline budget costs
- Preparation of tender documents including Bills of Quantities and Employer’s Requirements
- Cost monitoring and reporting from inception to completion of construction projects ranging from £50 000 to £5 million
- Managing projects and/or multidisciplinary teams
- Preparation of Insurance Reinstatement Valuations
Requirements
- Qualified to MRICS level
- At least 2 years postgraduate experience with a proven and successful track record in private practice
- Knowledge and use of CATO QS Software
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Significant exposure to, and good working relations with private, public and commercial sector clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
