We are looking for someone with strong practical masonry skills who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out stone masonry, repairs, restoration and general masonry work across a range of projects. Key Responsibilities * Carry out stone masonry and restoration work to a high standard. * Cut, shape and lay stone accurately. * Complete repointing, repairs and maintenance work. * Prepare and mix mortar and other materials. * Read and work from drawings and specifications. * Use masonry hand tools and power tools safely. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment. * Work effectively as part of a team or independently. * Follow all company and site health & safety procedures. Requirements * Previous experience as a Stone Mason is essential. * Good knowledge of masonry techniques and materials. * Strong attention to detail and quality. * Reliable, hardworking and punctual. * Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites. * Ability to work outdoors and undertake physically demanding work. * Relevant qualifications or CSCS card would be advantageous.
