Allied site services are recruiting for 2 x Plumber in the Birmingham area. Job details are:
- Assessment & planning
- Infection-control compliance
- Safe isolation
- Tap removal & installation
- TMV checks
- Water hygiene flushing
- Documentation & handover
To undertake the water system planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown maintenance and other maintenance related activities to the Estate.
- Working on a day shift from 0800 – 1600, Mon – Fri.
- The responsibilities will mainly be at a Hospital but may also include duties at the Retained Estate and Mental Health unit.
- To undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services to the NHS Trust(s).
- To carry out all works in compliance with KPI’s.
Providing the candidate possesses all the required experience/qualifications bar the EUSR Water Hygiene cert, the client is happy to reimburse successful candidates providing they pass the course prior to start, 40k salary PAYE - Equivalent of 20.70 take home pay - PAYE Benefits including holiday pay etc.
