About the Role
As a Community Carer, you will support clients in their own homes, helping them to live safely, comfortably, and independently. Your duties will include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with medication
- Meal preparation and nutrition
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with daily routines
- Promoting independence, dignity, and respect
