We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in delivering items to multiple sites, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for general labourers in Hemel Hempstead. Working times will be 05:30am start and normally finish at 2pm. Anything worked past 8 hours in a day is paid time and a half. Will be arriving at site to bubble wrap parts and units and jumping into the lorry to help load off at any site given. Responsibilities * Perform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area * Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time * Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required * Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly Qualifications * Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential * Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team * Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities * A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory Join our team as a Labourer and be part of a supportive environment where your contributions matter.
