Job Role
- Handle payroll queries by phone and email
- Input payroll data
- Prepare monthly payroll reports
- Support clients with HR & Payroll systems
- Complete compliance checks
- Create and send weekly timesheets to clients
- Ensure timesheets are returned on time
- Complete weekly reports
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Office experience preferred
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Able to work to deadlines
- Willing to learn and improve processes
