Full-time Permanent Mid-level Senior Posted 16 Sep 2026 Description Summary: As a Quality Manager in the engineering sector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Based in North East Lincolnshire, the Quality Manager will provide quality support across the company's engineering and fabrication activities, with responsibility for ensuring projects and workshop activities meet customer, contractual and relevant industry requirements. The role is hands-on and will cover quality planning, welding, inspection, NDT, documentation, audits and non-conformance. The Quality Manager will work closely with Production, Engineering and Project Management to identify and resolve quality issues and make sure the right inspection and quality controls are in place. The role will also coordinate quality resources when required and support the Assurance Manager in developing the company's quality systems and processes. This permanent, full-time position is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry.
