Allied Mills is part of Associated British Foods and operates seven modern flour milling units across three production sites in Belfast, Manchester and Tilbury. We are also one of a very limited number of businesses able to produce semolina from Durum wheat in one of our specialist mills. Allied Mills is the UK’s third largest miller and mills wheat for everything from bread to bagels, baguettes and biscuits, pasties to pastries, doughnuts, cookies, burger buns and pizzas, naan bread and chapattis, noodles and pasta.
The majority of our flour goes into household bread brands such as Kingsmill soft white bread, Kingsmill 50/50, Allinson’s and many more.
