Are you a passionate, dedicated Controls Engineer looking for a rewarding career supporting our Production and Engineering teams in driving forward profitability and growth in our business?, We have great opening to join our Bardney team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving forward the site capability through systems., This role involves having responsibility for the maintenance, installation, repair and commissioning of control and automation systems onsite. must be adaptable, striving to find creative solutions to problems as they arise and assist in the implementation of predictive maintenance plans. They must be able to analyse plant processes and help make improvements based on their extensive knowledge of electronics, engineering, and mechanics. The role requires a self-starter who can use a mixture of data and interpersonal skills to identify where the focus areas will be. They will be the expert in their field with years of experience behind them, this knowledge should be able to be passed to the shift engineers to upskill across the wider team where appropriate. This role is not suitable for a student.

You will need to have great judgement, the ability to diagnose and repair the equipment, as well as taking a long-term view in identifying improvements.

You will be motivated to make a difference everyday with the ability to operate successfully in a fast-changing environment whilst refusing to accept poor standards.
