Allied Recruitment Services is currently looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to work out of Woodham HP18. The work consists of trunking work doing long haul depot to depot deliveries. We can take new passes with no experience and offer training. The role is straightforward and allows drivers to gain the experience they need to move forward in their personal career.
Rates:
- LTD: Monday to Friday: £18.00 LTD
- Saturday: £19.00 LTD
- Sunday: £20.00 LTD
Start times around the clock, we always try our best to be flexible to your needs. Weekend work is essential. Whatever your situation please give us a call. We have routes going out at every time of day and night and can work around your limitations.
If successful on assessment, you will be working for XPO Logistics who are one of the biggest global transport solution providers. The role encompasses store deliveries and trunking. Please note that you will be delivering to loading docks of major supermarkets. There are no curb side deliveries.

- 06:00 - 00:00 Monday to Friday £20.69 Holiday Included (£18.46 + £2.23 Holiday)
- Saturday £24.45 Holiday Included (£21.82 + £2.63 Holiday)
- Sunday £28.21 Holiday Included (£25.17 + £3.04 Holiday)
- 00:00 - 06:00 Monday to Friday £21.95 Holiday Included (£19.59 + £2.36 Holiday)
- Saturday £25.70 Holiday Included (£22.93 + £2.77 Holiday)
- Sunday £30.71 Holiday Included (£27.40 + £3.31 Holiday)
What you'll do on a typical day:
You will be making on average 4-10 drops per day at cash and carries, large superstores. Full Time - You will be working a fixed 5 (or 6 if you wish) from 7 shift pattern with a dedicated start time consistent through the week. Part Time - we can offer 1, 2, 3 or 4 days - always happy to work around your commitments. You will be delivering dairy products using loading bays where you are required to assist with rolling cages from the back of the trailer.
