Location: 70 St Mary’s Axe, London or 92 Ann St, Belfast

What is the Role:

The Financial Data Capture team inputs customer financial information into the Financial Data Capture Tool (“FDCT”). This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise and key skills while building strong internal relationships. The team is part of UK Operations, supporting our customer-facing colleagues to achieve business goals and strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Timely and accurate input of annual accounts received from business teams into the FDCT for UK customers.
2. Timely and accurate population of other core Bank systems in line with UK Operations processes.
3. Collaborating effectively with Business teams across the UK.
4. Maintaining strong communication skills and a proactive attitude (“can do”).
5. Ensuring meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records across all source systems.
6. Maintaining a customer-centric focus.

What you will bring:

1. Minimum qualification of a Finance or Accountancy degree, or studying for ACCA qualification at any level.
2. Ability to deliver results in a challenging, varied, and demanding role as part of a team.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop professional relationships.
4. Strong analytical skills to deliver high-standard customer service.
