Our AIB UK Graduate Programme offers the opportunity to develop commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills while supporting business customers across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and international markets.

What You’ll Do

AIB UK supports business customers across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and internationally.

Through our Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Banking, Asset Based Lending and Business Banking teams, we help organisations grow, invest and achieve their strategic goals.

As an AIB UK Graduate, you'll help transform information into meaningful insights that support customers, improve business performance and contribute to strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Data sits at the heart of modern banking. Throughout the programme you'll develop skills in:

Starting your first professional role can feel daunting, but we'll support you every step of the way.

Every graduate is assigned a dedicated People Leader who will support your development, help you navigate challenges and encourage you to get the most from your experience.

You'll also become part of a vibrant graduate community, joining fellow AIB UK graduates as well as graduates from previous intakes. Whether through learning, networking or social events, you'll build relationships that last well beyond the programme.

Entry Requirements:

Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.

Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2027 – August 2029).
