This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role located in Grangemouth. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads & managing client communications. The role involves strategic account management, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet clients' needs while achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver high-quality support and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation to effectively nurture existing accounts and generate new opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal stakeholders professionally
