SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Vice President, Partnerships (EMEA) leads the growth of Allied Global Marketing's EMEA Partnerships Solution - building a scaled partner offering that drives measurable client value across EMEA. Within this role, the Vice President will lead and develop the EMEA Partnerships team (ranging from Senior Director to Manager), ensuring best-in-class delivery across client accounts-covering client and new business strategy, partner relationships, target lists, and pitch materials-while maintaining proactive, open communication with clients and new business targets. The Vice President is ultimately accountable for consistently high-quality outputs and results.
This role will be responsible for securing new business for the Partnerships division, with a focus on EMEA, including pitching, strategy development, presentation creation, and RFP responses. The Vice President will also take on wider management responsibilities across the business, including internal and external communications, EMEA P&L ownership, people leadership, and implementing company policies and ways of working.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and grow the EMEA Partnerships Solution
- Deliver EMEA growth goals (revenue, pipeline, margin), in partnership with regional and global leadership
- Define partnership strategies and tactics for client accounts, ensuring programmes are aligned to brand and business objectives
- Build, maintain, and activate an extensive network of partners across EMEA (consumer brands, FMCG, retail, media, travel, and culture)
- Proactively identify and lead new business opportunities, including drafting RFP responses and submissions for EVP review.
- Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA Partnerships team, ensuring strong operational rhythms, quality control, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Media, Brand Experience, Earned, and Client Solutions to deliver integrated proposals/RFP responses
- Embed measurement and reporting standards for partnerships (KPIs, outputs, outcomes, and learnings) to improve performance over time.
- Represent Partnerships in EMEA leadership forums and contribute to agency-wide initiatives, planning, and culture.
JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- Minimum 10+ years partnership work experience including but not limited to entertainment marketing, partner tie-in barter programs, consumer promotions and retail marketing.
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, highly charged environment.
- Is a creative thinker who has a history of creating high impact promotional programmes.
- Possess the creativity to balance strategic plans with tactical realities; sometimes on a limited budget.
- Has a large network of partner relationships in a variety of consumer brand categories.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the expertise and professionalism that will earn respect and trust with internal team members and external clients.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Previous partnerships, promotions, and entertainment experience is required. This is a hybrid working role based out of our London Office (Soho) with two days per week in office required (Tuesday & Thursday).
