Park Lodge is a traditional detached house in a quiet residential area. It has a large lawned garden and there are fields nearby. Rail and road connections are very good. Park Lodge is very close to Crawley town centre and has very easy access to bus stops. The dedicated staff at Park Lodge maintain a warm and homely atmosphere.
Qualifications- NVQ Level 2 and experience welcomed.
- Candidates with no experience in the care industry are also considered; full training is provided.
- NVQ upon passing probation.
Our staff support adults with mental ill‑health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community‑based activities, and working with some behaviours which may present as challenging.
Our service users require care 24/7 therefore weekend work is required but a shared responsibility to give you some free weekend time, ensuring our clients always receive the support that they need. Shift patterns are 12 hours on a 36 hour per week contract with the occasional night shift to cover for annual leave. We can offer part‑time contracts with the opportunity of an enhanced rate over time although this is not mandatory.
