Allied Health Professionals Suffolk Cic is seeking a Senior Work and Health Coach to help launch and shape the new WorkWell service in Suffolk. You will lead direct participant coaching while coordinating a local team of Coaches and building strong partnerships with employers and health services.
In this role you will co-create WorkWell plans, support team development, and drive service improvements to remove health barriers to work, enabling more people to enter or return to employment.
