Are you dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals? We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Flexible Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to service users, helping them live their best lives. In this role, you’ll work closely with a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care, follow the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Codes of Practice, and adhere to Hillcrest Futures Policies and Procedures. You’ll play a key part in delivering positive outcomes for individuals while contributing to the development and improvement of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to service users in line with their Personal Outcome Plans.
- Undertake case coordination duties, advocating for the needs and interests of service users.
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with service users and colleagues.
- Contribute to team learning and service improvements.
- Continue developing your skills to meet SSSC registration requirements.
- Carry out housing management tasks as required by the service.
- Participate in varied shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, waking nights, sleepovers, and lone working.
