Newhaven is a registered care home with 6 beds with lovely people residing with us who receive support from our friendly kind staff team, we would love you to join the team.
We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not. We will offer NVQ upon passing of probation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Our staff support adults with mental ill‑health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community‑based activities, and working with some behaviours which may present as challenging.
Our clients require care 24/7 therefore weekend work is required but a shared responsibility to give you some free weekend time, this ensures our clients always receive the support that they need. Shift patterns are 12‑hour shifts for a total of 36 hours per week. We can offer part‑time contracts with the opportunity of an enhanced rate over time although this is not mandatory.
