Our staff support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviours which may present as challenging.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients who require care 24/7; weekend work is required with a shared responsibility to provide some free weekend time.
  • Shift patterns are 12 hours on a 36 hour contract.
  • Assist with daily living skills, personal care, community-based activities, and managing behaviours that may present as challenging.
  • Work as part of a friendly, professional team with a person-centred approach.

Qualifications

  • Applicants with NVQ 2 and experience welcomed.
  • If you have no experience within the care industry, we still want to hear from you as full training is provided.
  • NVQ upon passing probation.

We are a large care company that maintains a warm, family feel with regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff, and a person-centred approach for each person who lives with us.
