We are a large Care company that still maintains that warm family feel, with great support networks to include regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff. We keep our homes small for that personal touch and to ensure a person-centered approach for each person that lives with us. We encourage feedback from staff to allow us to continue to grow as a care company and remain connected with the staff who provide the hands-on care that we provide.
We aim to support the people that live with us to do so as independently as possible, providing great training opportunities for our staff to ensure they have all the skills that they need to assist the lovely people that we look after, to live a safe, structured, and fulfilled lifestyle.
Ashking House is a registered care home with 7 lovely people residing with us who receive support from our friendly kind staff team. We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not.
Our clients require care 24/7; therefore, weekend work is required but a shared responsibility to give you some free weekend time, ensuring our clients always receive the support that they need. Shift patterns are 7.5 hour shifts. We can offer part-time contracts with the opportunity of an enhanced rate over time although this is not mandatory.
