Ashgale House is a 14-bedded registered care home with lovely people residing with us who receive support from our friendly kind staff team. We would love you to join the team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our staff support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviours which may present as challenging.

Our clients require care 24/7; therefore, weekend work is required but a shared responsibility to give you some free weekend time, ensuring our clients always receive the support that they need. Shift patterns are 7.5 hour shifts. We can offer part-time contracts with the opportunity of an enhanced rate over time, although this is not mandatory. Driving is an advantage but not essential.
