Responsibilities:
- Support adults with learning disability and mental health conditions in their own homes.
- Assist with skills development.
- Administer medication in compliance with local guidelines.
- Help with shopping and activities.
- Attend medical appointments with service users.
- Provide personal care and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and drinks as required and serve them.
- Perform necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
- Record information in documents and service user files on a daily basis.
