Our Care Assistants support 9 adults with learning disabilities in a care home environment. They work on a shift pattern, assist with daily living skill development, provide personal care, and support with challenging behaviours. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and requires weekend work (not all weekends). Overtime is possible but not mandatory.
