Overview

In this Production Manager role, you’ll lead a fast-paced bakery operation to deliver safety, quality and efficiency targets. You will manage and develop a high‑performing team, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across your area. You’ll use data and performance insights to plan proactively, tackle challenges, and own site and national projects. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on shaping a safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impact and grow your talent pipeline, with a strong emphasis on Safety First.
